Fully vaxxed? These destinations only require vaccination cards

Fully vaccinated Filipinos itching to travel after spending almost two years in different forms of lockdown and quarantine now have more places they can go to, without having to take an RT-PCR test.
Over the weekend, the Department of Tourism released a list of destinations that have waived the RT-PCR test requirement for fully vaccinated visitors.
Rather than RT-PCR tests, visitors to these destinations will be asked to provide vaccination cards that are either issued by the Department of Health or the local government unit that administered the vaccination.
Despite the easing restrictions, Tourism Secretary Berna Romulo-Puyat still called on tourists to observe health and safety protocols that will be in place in these destinations.
“Seeing how the reopening of tourism all over the country is helping Filipinos return to their jobs, we cannot afford a new surge of COVID-19 infections and a return to the restrictions imposed by a stricter quarantine. Let us do our individual parts to ensure that there will be no outbreaks in our destinations,” she said.
