People take advantage of the weekend to relax and enjoy the free time from work. While most individuals have already planned their vacation at their favorite destination, some have to settle somewhere near because let's face it, two days is a short time for a full vacation.

One of the best solutions to a short weekend off is an overnight stay or just a simple day trip. A whole day of fun and bonding with family and friends is still a worthwhile experience and it's also budget-friendly.

Basically, a day trip is a single day tour. It's going to a one destination like Tagaytay and visit the different tourist spots in the area. There's also the option of enjoying the beach for one whole day by just renting a table at a resort, and enjoy the whole day with the family.

For those with a little more budget, try the Kaaya-ayang Paglingap, which lasts for 180 minutes and consists of 3 treatments, priced at P4,800.

The facility offers a 3-hour picture-taking and hiking trail. However, they do not allow picnics and bringing of food and drinks in the property but they have the Ridges Cafe where guests can enjoy a meal while enjoying the view. Day tour fee is P200 per head.

For adventurous people, ATV Adventures Rizal is perfect for you. Located in Barangay San Juan in Antipolo, the facility offers various activities like all-terrain vehicle (ATV) tours, paintball, archery, and horseback riding. People go here for the ATV tours and they offer various trails like the short trail for 1.5 to 2 hours (P1,500 per head), long trail for 4 to 5 hours (P5,500 per head), forest trail (P2,500), river trail (P3,500), and many more.
