Disney+ is finally going to be available in the Philippines this November

Disney and Pixar fanatics, the moment you've all been waiting for is almost here!

Filipinos rejoice! Popular streaming platform Disney+ ,comprising of your favorite Disney, Pixar, and Marvel films and TV shows, will soon be made available in the Philippines.

The Walt Disney Company Ltd. in Southeast Asia has officially confirmed the good news and soon Filipinos will be able to stream a wide array of films and TV shows from brands such as Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and Star.

Disney+ houses classic Disney films such as The Lion King, Peter Pan, The Princess Diaries, Lilo & Stitch, and The Little Mermaid, as well as fan favorites from Pixar such as Toy Story, Monsters, Inc., Inside Out, Soul, and UP.

But that's just the tip of the iceberg, Disney+ also carries films and series included in the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe like WandaVision, Moon Knight, and Thor: Ragnarok; series such as Grey's Anatomy and The Simpsons from the Star brand is also part of the list; and Korean content such as IN THE SOOP: Friendcation, Snowdrop, and BTS: PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE - LA are also available on the popular streaming platform.

Disney+ in the Philippines is set to offer two types of subscription plans for users; a mobile plan and a premium plan. The mobile plan, priced at ₱159 a month or ₱1,150 a year, allows you to watch all of the content on the platform, download and watch offline, create up to seven profiles, stream on one screen, watch across your phone and tablet, and offer a maximum video quality of 720p or HD.

The premium plan, on the other hand, retails for ₱369 a month or ₱2,950 a year and allows you to watch all of the content on the platform, download and watch offline, create up to seven profiles, concurrent stream on four screens, watch on devices such as your phone, tablet laptop, and TV, and offer a maximum video quality of 2160p or 4K Ultra HD.

You can start signing up for a subscription and stream your favorite Disney films on November 17, 2022. Relive your childhood or give your kids a wonderful one by allowing them to experience the films and TV shows you grew up with.
