Spotify's new update includes a karaoke feature

Calling all karaoke enthusiasts! With Spotify's latest update, you no longer need to visit the nearest KTV in your area.

The music streaming platform releases a new karaoke mode where users can sing along to their favorite tracks. And once you finish, the app will give you a scorecard and rate how well you did with your singing. Just like a real karaoke machine!

Now, how do you get it? Simply download the Spotify app on your phone and that's it. You don't even need to subscribe to their premium feature to experience the latest update. Just make sure to get the latest version.

To start jamming to a track, you first have to choose a song and then scroll down to the lyrics section. Select “sing” at the top right-hand corner of the lyrics screen then you can start singing along.

The update, however, is not yet available to all users but is expected to be available in the next few days or so. More details about the latest addition have yet to be officially announced by the music streaming platform.
