Photo World Asia 2022 will go live online via Zoom conferencing on January 28, 29, and 30. Hanson Fong, Adrian Whear, Bandu Gunaratne, Charli Savage, Thai Phien, Dawn Wilson, Lisa Langell, Manny Librodo, Maricris Fabi Carlos, Niccolo Cosme, Ven Rojas, Melai Lopez, Cecile Manikan, and Gaurav Chadha.

Museum tour online

Since the pandemic began, the Ayala Museum has been beefing up its virtual presence by coming up with more content for its YouTube channel, strengthening their presence on Google Arts and Culture, and organizing webinars. You can even schedule a virtual museum field trip.

Ayala Museum

Considered as the first live and interactive virtual museum field trip for kids in the Philippines, the Ayala Museum Virtual Field Trip provides online tours for Grade 4 to 6 students to explore different places in the Philippines and understand their importance in History. Facilitated by live tour guides, visitors can go on virtual visits, learn more about the museum collection, and have fun along the way.

With your choice of tour theme, you can go on different adventures such as contact and trade from pre-colonial times, visit to 19th century old Manila, key places and events that led to the proclamation of Philippine Independence from Spain, Rizal's experiences and achievements as a child and a student in Manila, and Rizal's footsteps in his travels to other countries and remember his legacy as a hero.

On December 4 in its soft opening, Ayala Museum will redefine the onsite visitor experience with five new exhibitions to be unveiled. Guests will also encounter the Digital Gallery located in the museum's new lobby for them to digitally explore objects from the museum and library collections and engage in interactive and up-close conversations with art and history for free. Visit ayalamuseum.org for details.

Indeed, virtual events have transformed the way people interact with each other and the manner in which organizations and companies will hold their activities to reach a larger audience online.

Meanwhile, check out these other museums in the country and have a glimpse of some interesting cultural and historical information via virtual tour.
