Here's where you can donate to help Typhoon Carina victims

The onslaught of Super Typhoon Carina and the southwest monsoon (habagat) left several parts of Luzon devastated and flooded, including many areas in the capital region.
With many individuals and families affected, several groups and organizations have come together to put in place various donation drives for the victims of the calamity.
Here are some initiatives and donation drives you can donate to:
GMA Kapuso Foundation
The GMA Kapuso Foundation launched “Operation Bayanihan” to aid the victims of Typhoon Carina and the habagat.
Cash donations can be deposited through the foundation's bank accounts or Cebuana Lhuillier, GCash, Shopee, Lazada, and Metrobank Credit Cards. Visit their website for more information on ways to donate.
Angat Buhay
Non-governmental organization Angat Buhay said they are partnering with Tanging Yaman Foundation Inc. (TYFI) for donations for those affected by the super typhoon. Donations to the organization may also be directed to TYFI.
Caritas Manila
Caritas Manila has organized a donation drive for families affected by Typhoon Carina. The organization has noted four immediate need kits in their announcement namely, medicine kit (P500), food pack (P1,000), bedding materials (P5,000), and wash kits (P1,000).
Community Pantry PH and Community Kitchens
Community Pantry PH founder Patricia Non called for donations to provide hot meals in evacuation centers.
“Para po sa mga nais tumulong malaking tulong po maski pa P10 para mas madami po tayong areas na maabot. Maraming salamat po,” she said in a post.

Concerned Artists of the Philippines
Concerned Artists of the Philippines put together a donation drive to aid the coastal communities and fisherfolk families along Manila Bay. The organization is accepting both monetary and in-kind donations.
Needed in-kind items include rice, canned goods, noodles, coffee, and drinking water. These can be dropped off at the guard lobby area of the College of Social Work and Community Development in University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City.
Gawad Kalinga
Gawad Kalinga has initiated “Operation Walang Iwanan” for the families affected by the typhoon. Those wishing to donate online may visit the organization's website.
KADAMAY
Kalipunan ng Damayang Mahihirap or KADAMAY is accepting both cash and in-kind donations, which could be dropped off at 12-A Kasiyahan Street, Don Antonio Heights, Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City. KADAMAY's lines are also open for reports of those in need of help.
Lingap Gabriela
Gabriela Partylist and Gabriela Youth, under Lingap Gabriela, have called for donations and volunteers to help the victims of Typhoon Carina.
In-kind donations can be dropped off at #35 Scout Delgado, Brgy. Laging Handa, Quezon City. They are accepting goods such as rice, canned goods, vitamins, medicine, and first aid equipment.
Only Bangtan PH
Only Bangtan PH opened a donation drive, which will be channeled through Angat Buhay. The monetary donations will be used for immediate relief and load assistance. Those who want to donate may access this link: https://bit.ly/CARINAPHDonationDrive
PISTON
PISTON has called on donations to aid the public transport workers affected by the super typhoon. Monetary donations can be cascaded through pistonph.com/carina-fund, while in-kind donations can be dropped off at 12-A Kasiyahan St., Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City.
Philippine Animal Welfare Society
The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) is asking for support to bring relief to affected pets and their pet owners in Marikina.
Aside from monetary help, PAWS is also in need of in-kind donations such as dog and cat food, collapsible cages and crates, canned goods for humans, rice, and old towels.
In-kind goods can be dropped off at PAWS Animal Rehabilitation Center, Aurora Blvd. cor. Katipunan Ave., Loyola Heights, Quezon City.
Startruck PH
Kapuso couple Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo resumed their independent donation drive, Startruck PH, to aid the victims of Typhoon Carina.
Tanging Yaman Foundation Inc.
Aside from cash donations, the Tanging Yaman Foundation Inc. will also accept in-kind donations starting July 26 at the Richie Fernando SJ Covered Court, Wellness Drive, Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City.
UP Padayon Public Service Office
The UP Padayon Public Service Office calls for donations to provide prepared meals for affected University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman students and staff. They are also accepting monetary donations for affected students, faculty, and staff of other UP units.
