Filipino gamers should check out this gaming platform

The Filipino gaming industry is in for a treat as multi-national gaming and entertainment platform, Creta, is rolling out its beta services in the country soon, the creators confirmed last week at a media conference in Manila.
Creta is going to reimagine the future of the online gaming industry with the minds of Creta's chief creative officer, Ray Nakazato, Bloomtechnology and Diverse CEO Sangyoon Lee, League of Legends creator Thomas Vu, Street Fighter creator Yoshiki Okamoto, Creta's chief producer Seokho Yoon, and senior producer Joohyung Jang.
Together, they created Creta, a gaming platform with four components: Creta Games for NFT marketplace and game publishing platform, Creta Multiverse, a social media community called Super Club, and the game-creation tool Creta Studio that will let users create their own game.
To test its functions before rolling out to billions of gamers in parts of Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe, Creta handpicked the Philippines to be its launchpad for its beta services.
Ray Nakazato reiterated in his speech that the Philippines is a good avenue to test such a big project like Creta because of the wide range of talents and knowledge of the Filipino market, specifically Filipino games, to which he asked for some feedback to help them improve the services of Creta.
“Creta is still in the open, but we are launching services first in the Philippines,” he added, “We'd like to ask you, guys, gamers in the Philippines to help us develop [and] help us improve our games and services.”
Meanwhile, Thomas Vu reassured that Creta will open its doors to other countries in the years to come once to maximize the talent of their developers and partners worldwide.
“[Creta is] targeting creators from all over the world; this is a very global and international endeavor. You can already see that we're very excited about the Southeast Asian market, and many of our developers are from Japan, Korea, U.S., [...], and Eastern Europe,” Thomas said.
He also proudly said that Creta will help open doors for aspiring game developers, hence, reimagining the future of the online gaming industry.
“[Creta] is going to be open to everyone and we believe that because of the tools that Creta has created, [...] I think that in the next few years, we're going to see a team of one to two people make billion-dollar games…” Thomas said.
According to reports, Creta will roll out its beta services in the country this year.
