Lifestyle magazine teases cover featuring Michelle Dee
Current reigning Miss Universe Philippines Michelle Dee continues to have a busy schedule as a local lifestyle magazine is teasing a cover with the Kapuso beauty queen.
In one of the more recent posts on its Instagram account, MEGA posted a photo of Michelle Dee holding an oversized version of the Miss Universe Philippines La Mer en Majeste crown, with the text in the photo describing Michelle as the “Game Changing Queen”.
In the caption to the post, MEGA described Michelle as “unconventional and authentic” and also took note of her advocacy work for people in the autism spectrum and her support for the LGBTQIA+ community that she is a part of. The magazine then teased that something big is going to happen on February 1.
This isn't the first time that Michelle has been on the cover of MEGA magazine. Last year, she came out as bisexual in the May issue of MEGA magazine.
Aside from shooting magazine covers, Michelle has certainly been busy since returning from competing in the Miss Universe pageant. Earlier this month, Michelle and representatives from the Autism Society Philippines signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SN Markets in which “SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket and SM Savemore commit to championing inclusive work around the Philippines by hiring people on the autism spectrum.”
The new partnership comes after the October launch of Michelle and the ASP's partnership with its employment partner, Grundfos. During the launch, Michelle taught 12 job applicants on the autism spectrum how to build confidence as well as how to present themselves during a job interview.
