Rhian Ramos campaigns for votes for Miss Universe Philippines Michelle Dee

There's only four days left - five if you're going by El Salvador time - until Miss Universe Philippines Michelle Dee competes for the Miss Universe crown in El Salvador and one of her closest friends, Rhian Ramos, is making sure to do all she can to help.
In one of her more recent posts on Instagram, Rhian posted a couple of photos of herself with Michelle. In the caption to the post, Rhian wrote that she and her followers still have a chance to help Michelle raise the flag for the Philippines by voting for her on the Miss Universe app.
Rhian campaigning for Michelle is to be expected as the pair, along with Max Collins, are the closest of friends. Back in May when Michelle won the Miss Universe Philippines title, Rhian posted a congratulatory message on her Instagram account and that their friend group saw the “countless hours of hard work and self-improvement” that Michelle underwent on her journey.
As every Filipino pageant fan knows by now, Michelle is deep in the preliminary activities leading up to the Miss Universe coronation night on November 18 (El Salvador time) at the José Adolfo Pineda Arena in San Salvador, El Salvador.
One of the activities she's taken part in is visiting kids with developmental disabilities under the care of Best Buddies, “a non-profit organization dedicated to ending the social, physical, and economic isolation of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)”.
Early on in her week in El Salvador, Michelle had a fun time with other pageant delegates during the pageant's sash ceremony.
During her send-off a few days before her departure for El Salvador last month, Michelle credited the Sparkle GMA Artist Center for giving her a great foundation, saying that Sparkle believed in her even before she decided she would become a beauty queen.
“GMA took me in when I was just known as the daughter of Melanie Marquez and when I didn't have any experience in the industry. It's because of GMA that I really grew to be this artistic person,” she recalled. “I chose to be an actress first before a beauty queen because I recognized that I still didn't have the confidence to be in front of a large congregation or in front of the camera. GMA really helped me mold that personality and truly they are the best.”
Michelle has previously shared that she is ready to give “200 percent” to win the country's fifth Miss Universe crown.
“I'm giving it everything that I have, 200 percent of myself I am dedicating to my crown. Nililigawan ko talaga yung pang-limang korona,” she shared in an interview during her contract renewal with Autism Society Philippines. “I'm really training everyday when my schedule permits. I've been working on different aspects of my campaign just to make sure that when I fly to El Salvador, 100 percent ready.”
Michelle already teased her preparations for the pageant back in August in an interview with Unang Balita, where she shared her excitement for the Miss Universe coronation night and how the Miss Universe Philippines team is polishing her performance for the pageant.
