Andi Eigenmann says being healthy is 'all about balance'
Andi Eigenmann took to Instagram the amazing progress in her fitness journey and she also had some inspiring words to keep people motivated.
Andi shared several photos of her fit and healthy body and said she has been “[e]njoying the journey towards wellness” as she keeps in mind that being healthy requires balance.
“I'm happy to make it a duty to care for my body because as I grow older, I've found that when I take good care of my physical health (inside and out), it spills over into other aspects of my being that are, in hindsight, more of a priority to me,” she mused.
At the same time, Andi shared a tip for those who are also on the road to begin their fitness journey.
She said it is important to “keep a good mindset and lay-out your priorities to allow yourself to stay in this for the long run.”
“Jumping into things can often lead to exhaustion early on,” she continued.
Andi often shares updates about her life on her Instagram.
Aside from her fitness and wellness journey, she also often gives a glimpse of her surfing progress and their daily island life in Siargao.
In one of Andi's latest posts, she shared her experience of finally being able to make use of the first surfboard she purchased years ago.
“Just feels good to be able to use my first board purchase (from 2019) well, will keep practicing to maximize its (and my) full potential too!” she wrote in her caption.
Andi currently resides in Siargao with her fiancé, Philmar Alipayo, and their kids, Ellie, Lilo, and Koa.
