Check out this frog dish from Bukidnon

Thanks to their continuous travels, Biyahe ni Drew has been able to try out a lot of the country's different dishes.
They've tried out grasshoppers eaten as snacks in South Cotabato, bulalo-flavored ice cream sold by ice cream vendor Cris Soriano at the Tanuan, Batangas public market, the snack made from hubok or ants that can be found in Zambales, and Bocaue, Bulacan's sinuso.
Another dish that can be added to this is one they found in Bukidnon, made from baki or simply a frog. To catch these frogs, Drew went with Esmeraldo Abesta, or Tatay Esme, one of the veterans when it comes to catching and selling baki. He's been doing it for three years, and he sells baki for P700 a kilo. These frogs are caught in the middle of the night and are cooked either as adobo or as halang-halang.
Halang-halang got its name because of its spiciness. It is made by grilling baki before boiling it together with ginger, onions, and a lot of pepper. And how does it taste? Show host Drew Arellano says it tastes just like chicken adobo.
