Finally, a non-intimidating space to enjoy your single malts!

What better way to learn about whisky and the expansive food pairings you can try it with than to visit this newly opened pop-up bar in Bonifacio Global City?

Located precisely at One Bonifacio High Street, The Singleton Social Bar is a five-week pop-up bar where everyone can enjoy a wide array of The Singleton cocktails developed by world-class bartenders and pair them with specialty dishes offered in the space.

Not only will guests be able to discover the refreshing lineup of whisky cocktails offered in the pop-up bar but they will also get to be exposed to the best food pairings for the exquisite alcohol drink. Because, as they say, whisky tastes the best when it's matched with the perfect snack.

At its launch held last April 15, Merell Beltran, Marketing Manager for Culture and Advocacy for Diageo Philippines, shared, “We're excited to bring The Singleton Social Bar to BGC, a one-of-a-kind pop-up to pave the way for people to discover single malts. By collaborating with today's best chefs and food concepts along with some of the best bartenders in the country to create memorable events every weekend, we're also allowing consumers to immerse themselves in a world of whisky flavors without the pressure of rules."

The Singleton team also collaborated with James Beard award nominee Erwan Heussaff to create unique whisky cocktails that everyone can enjoy at the pop-up bar.

The bespoke cocktails under his belt are The Singleton AOI Highball, made with honeyed Hojicha and soda water; The Singleton Narra, mixed with equal parts whisky, pandan juice, and coconut soda; and The Singleton Yoshi, a fruity and fresh mix of blended lemon wedges, mint, and pineapple mash.

During the launch, Erwan served the drinks with specialties from Bolzico Beef. Guests were able to create the perfect blend having tasted dishes such as Beef Sando, Salpicao, and Beef Empanadas with their whisky cocktails.

For the following weekends that are to come, guests will be able to discover more whisky pairings from collaborators such as Taste and Tell Manila, Deli by Chele, La Kantina, and Mijo Comfort Food. Here are their schedules for your reference:

The Singleton x Deli by Chele, April 28-29
The Singleton x La Kantina, May 5-6
The Singleton x Mijo, May 12-13

Guests can visit The Singleton Social Bar from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, from Wednesdays to Sundays, until May 14, 2023. Explore the world of single malts while munching on some good food!
