Beyonce's yellow gown was made by a Dubai-based Filipino designer

In yet another win for Filipino fashion designers, it appears that the eye-catching yellow outfit that Beyoncé wore at a recent Dubai performance was designed by Filipino fashion designer Ryan Pacioles.
Ryan posted a photo from the performance on his Instagram account, noting in the caption that the outfit Beyoncé was wearing for her performance was a “custom yellow gown” that he created.
Beyoncé--who has not performed live in five years--performed in Dubai for the opening of Atlantis The Royal, a newly-opened luxury hotel with room rates that reportedly go as high as $285,000 a night and features complimentary gold-plated toothbrushes and combs. The hotel is set to open to the public on February 10.
Atlantis The Royal is just one of the new luxury hotels popping up in Dubai, as Dubai is poised to build a $5 billion moon building destination resort designed to be built in 48 months.
Ryan Pacioles is the Dubai-based Filipino fashion designer of Atelier Zuhra. Atelier Zuhra has previously dressed celebrities like Christina Aguilera, Nicole Scherzinger, and Paris Hilton. Pacioles has also worked with Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo, Giuliana Rancic, and Michelle Williams of Destiny's Child.
Asia's Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose was also dressed by Pacioles early last year for her performance at the Expo 2020 Dubai.
This is far from the first time that Filipino designers have dressed international celebrities. At the recently concluded Miss Universe pageant, a number of the beauty queens were also dressed by Filipino fashion designers like Rian Fernandez, Ehrran Montoya, Carl Andrada, Furne Amato, and Louis Pangilinan.
