Patty Ang's new headquarters in Makati is a chic and playful space
It took almost a year to finish Patty Ang's new headquarters in Makati City. She admitted that it was a stressful time during the construction of the space but she was able to officially open the doors of her headquarters last March 12.
“Construction here has been hell, it has been almost a year, longer than expected. It was a stressful thing but then we wanted to open it before I popped,” a very pregnant Patty, who was due to give birth, said during the interview with the press.

Located at Jupiter Place, Bel-Air in Makati City, Patty's new headquarters houses the whole operations of her brand plus two shops, Patton and Patty Ang's atelier. Patton is the fashion designer's ready-to-wear brand that sells premium daily wear garments while the Patty Ang store is where Patty sells her ready-to-wear designer clothes and where she also meets clients for custom clothes.
“In terms of the space when we enter we just wanted a different feel for both brands that you can differentiate both. It was quite hard, especially [because] if I'm behind it, it's going to have the same aesthetics. Here it's very lively, very playful, more fashion forward,” she explained.
The space is divided between the two stores but the headquarters also houses the brand's offices and production operations.

The Patton store features a modern, industrial aesthetic featuring bare concrete floors and playful dressing rooms. One dressing room looks like a train station. The Patty Ang store, on the other hand, is a more refined space with stylish furniture and warm pendant lights, highlighting the designer's minimal and elegant aesthetic. .
“It's a way bigger space. It's also just more room to grow. We want our clientele to experience something new. Hopefully we don't move anymore. This would probably be the last move, I mean, ever since I started my career 10 years ago, we've moved a lot, this is probably the fifth move for Patty Ang,” Patty said.
