Alethea Ambrosio wears a Larry Espinosa gown to the Miss Supranational preliminaries
Miss Supranational Philippines Alethea Ambrosio is currently competing in the Miss Supranational preliminary round and the country's bet is walking the runway in a glamorous golden gown.
In one of the more recent posts on The Miss Philippines Instagram account, the organization tweeted a short clip of Alethea walking for the preliminaries in a golden Larry Espinosa gown. In another post, the organization explained that the custom gold armor warrior-inspired fringed gown is meant to evoke the image of a dignified, elegant amazon queen.

Alethea's fabulous runway is complemented by what looks to be a strong performance in the competition. The Miss Supranational Instagram account recently named Alethea as one of the top 10 queens on the Supra fan vote leaderboard. Aside from Alethea, the other queens who are part of the top 10 include Miss Colombia, Miss Curacao, Miss Denmark, Miss Guatemala, Miss Indonesia, Miss Laos, Miss Myanmar, Miss Nigeria, and Miss Vietnam.
Alethea was also announced as a semi-finalist for the Miss Supranational Supramodel of the Year challenge. The eventual winners of the challenge were Miss Supranational Cote D' Ivoire for Africa, Miss Supranational Bolivia for the Americas, Miss Supranational Thailand for Asia and Oceania, Miss Supranational Aruba for the Caribbean, and Miss Supranational Slovakia for Europe.
Aside from being a Supramodel of the Year semi-finalist, Alethea has also been previously named as a semi-finalist of the pageant's Miss Influencer opportunity alongside the delegates from Venezuela, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Cote d'Ivoire.
Alethea has trained extensively for the Miss Supranational pageant, sharing an Instagram Reel back in March of her practicing her pasarela at The Canvas. The Canvas was established by Miss Universe Philippines 2023 first runner-up CJ Opiaza.
Alethea is hoping to surpass Pauline Amelinckx's performance in last year's pageant, where she was first runner-up. Should Alethea win the 2024 Miss Supranational pageant, she would be the second Filipina to bring home the crown after Mutya Datul first won it back in 2013.
