RETURN and EXCHANGE
GMA Store accepts return and exchange of purchased items within seven (7) calendar days from the Delivery Date of items. To begin the return process , an email must be sent to GMA Store with the corresponding Order Number indicated in the Subject Line of the message.
A member of our Customer Service Support Team will the coordinate with you on:
- Date that item(s) are to be surrendered to the GMA Store Warehouse located in Quezon City, Metro Manila at your own expense.
- Once approved , returned items may be exchanged for any item sold in GMA Store provided that the Return Conditions indicated below are met.
- GMA Store will then inform you as to when exchanged items can be picked up or shipped to address indicated in original order. Shipping expense will be paid for by the Customer.
If the new item chosen is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of the exchange. If item is of lower value, the price difference is forfeited.
Return Conditions:
- Item(s)must be accompanied with the original copy of the Sales Invoice before any return may be evaluated for processing.
- Returned item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging (with tags intact). No visible damage.
- Item(s) may only be returned/exchanged once unless the return is due to manufacturing defect.
The following conditions are not entitled to a return or exchange under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394):
- A sudden change of mind by the Customer
- Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
- Discovery of lower price of the same item from another store
RETURN and REPLACEMENT for CONSUMER ELECTRONICS
GMA Store upholds that consumer electronic products are free of defects in materials or quality and carry specific warranties from their date of delivery. The original Sales Invoice will be required as proof of payment for a return and replacement request of any of the following:
GMA AFFORDABOX | (1) one-year warranty from the date delivered |
GMA NOW | (15) fifteen Calendar Days from date delivered |
GMA AFFORDABOX REMOTE CONTROL | (7) seven Calendar Days from date delivered |
CONCERNS REPORTED WITHIN (7) seven calendar days from DELIVERY DATE
Technical concerns about the product(s) must be reported to via email or telephone within (7) seven calendar days from date of delivery. You may Contact GMA Store to relay your concerns.
Replacement for the defective item can only be provided if the original item is surrendered by Customer to GMA Store. The product must be returned in its original packaging, with complete accessories and with no trace of misuse by the customer .
If these conditions are met and a defect is detected, this will automatically qualify for a replacement. To begin the return process , an email must be sent to GMA Store with the corresponding Order Number indicated in the Subject Line of the message together with a soft copy of the Sales Invoice.
A member of our Customer Service Support Team will then coordinate with you to complete the replacement process.
CONCERNS REPORTED BEYOND (7) seven calendar days from DELIVERY DATE
All complaints beyond (7) seven calendar days from delivery date will need further assessment and coordination with GMA Store. Product warranties are only valid only if the product has been maintained per instruction guidelines. It does NOT cover abuse, accident, mishandling, surface issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear and tear, or any other cause not attributable from inherent defects in material and quality.
REFUNDS and CANCELLATION of ORDERS
Orders that have already been shipped can no longer be cancelled and any payments made can no longer be refunded.

GMA Store does not issue cash refunds. Indicated below are the payment reversal time processing time for each mode of payment :
