I Left My Heart in Sorsogon is a romance-drama story about Celeste (Heart Evangelista), a young woman from Sorsogon who has reinvented herself in Manila as a fashion designer and socialite.

Celeste is successful on both the personal and professional front. Aside from being a celebrated fashion designer, she is also the toast of high society as she is dating the most eligible bachelor around, Tonito Wenceslao III (Richard Yap).

For some unexpected reason, Celeste finds herself coming back to her hometown, Sorsogon, to take care of some family matters.

While in Sorsogon, Celeste looks back on her previous life there, and makes a discovery about herself. She also unexpectedly crosses paths again with her ex-boyfriend, Mikoy (Paolo Contis).

Will Celeste choose the bright lights of Manila with Tonito or will she leave her heart and live a possibly quieter life in Sorsogon with Mikoy?

Joining Heart, Richard, and Paolo in this primetime offering are Kapuso Breakout Star Kyline Alcantara and Mavy Legaspi, in his very first teleserye.

Kyline portrays the role of Tiff Wenceslao, Tonito's daughter while Mavy is Basti Estrellado, Celeste's estranged half-brother.

Tiff lives in Manila while Basti stays in Sorsogon with his family. Can fate find a way to bring together Tiff and Basti?

Also included in the star-studded cast are Rey PJ Abellana, Shamaine Buencamino, Marina Benepayo, Issa Litton, Isay Alvarez, and Debraliz Valasote.

The show also introduces one of GMA Network's up-and-coming actors, Elias Point.
