Ysabel Ortega lauded for her portrayal as Cynthia in 'What We Could Be'
Very proud ang produksyon ng What We Could Be kay Ysabel Ortega dahil sa pagganap niya sa programa na launching series niya sa GMA.
Pinatunayan ni Ysabel na deserve niya ang role bilang Cynthia na nagkaroon ng transition sa huling parte ng primetime series.
Kung dati ay bubbly at malambot ang puso ni Ysabel sa What We Could Be, ngayon ay naging fierce ang character niya dala ng pagbabagong buhay dahil sa heartaches at bad experiences niya noon.
Ayon sa creative manager ng What We Could Be na si Atty. Joji Alonso sa exclusive interview ng GMANetwork.com, maging sila ay napahanga sa performance ni Ysabel sa serye.
Sabi ng Quantum Films COO, "No'ng tiningnan ko sila no'ng una, sabi ko ang babata ng mga 'to. I've never worked with actors these young as leads. Always kasi mga leads ko way older but I have to give it up for them. Nagulat kami kasi ang galing-galing nilang dalawa.
"Si Miguel, I've always known him to be a good actor even when he was young. I'd like to think that this is his first mature role of sorts, pero kay Ysabel ako nagulat kasi I watched her before in another station, wala pa siya masyadong confidence. Hindi pa s'ya nag-e-exude ng gano'n.
"But, here, para siyang pumasok sa katawan ni Cynthia and kuhang-kuha niya 'yung mga nuances and everything na hinahanap namin doon sa character, and she was perfect.
"Talagang swak na swak sa characters na ginawa namin for this series."
Looking forward naman si Atty. Joji na makatrabaho si Ysabel at maging ang dalawa niyang leading men na sina Miguel Tanfelix at Yasser Marta muli.
Sulat niya sa Instagram post niya noong October 25, "I am most fortunate to have worked with our amazing cast staff and crew - I know how hard everyone worked to give the audience their best.
