Talented Kapuso actors Max Collins, Lovi Poe, and Jason Abalos all had a special participation in Anak Ni Waray Vs. Anak Ni Biday.

The three stars portrayed the younger versions of Amy, Sussie, and Joaquin whose adult versions will be played by Snooky Serna, Dina Bonnevie, and Jay Manalo respectively.

In an Instagram post, Max shared that she doubted herself to give justice to the role of Amy the Waray when she was given the script.

According to Max, "This was a very special guest role for me because it was so HARD - when I was given the script I really had doubts if I'd be able to pull off the character (ni Waray)."

However, thanks to the efforts of her acting coaches, friends, mentors, and her own hardwork, Max able to portray Amy to the best of her abilities.

Ito na guys! Tonight is the world premiere of #anakniwarayvsanaknibiday ! Sana makapanood kayo 🙏 This was a very special guest role for me, because it was so HARD - when I was given the script I really had doubts if I'd be able to pull off the character (ni Waray). But thankfully I have good friends that helped me take on the challenge - my acting coaches Coach Mark Espinosa and @husejose & @jomacasa really got me through it 😅 but most of all I have to thank @quiriefic , a true Waray who guided me. She always made herself available and even came on set with me, I'm so lucky I found her! (Thanks to kuya @leysam17 and ate @diannebernardo ) Another reason why this role is so special to me is because of the people I got to work with - this was my third time working with @lovipoe for a teleserye and it's always a pleasure. Can't forget my husband @thejasonabalos from Bihag, so glad na Ikaw yung pinag awayan namin 🤣 So happy I got to work with Direk @marksdelacruz and our AD @cannu again - it's always good vibes with you two! (Most of the people I mentioned above were also part of Team TOTGA haha) And I was reunited with my Innamorata Team as well, Miss @pinkyamador our EP Miss @arlenedpilapil & PM Madam @kamille_ph & Writer @wyrolicious (So much love for you all! ❤️) Hopefully you find time to watch mga Kapuso 🙏 Airing tonight after 24 Oras 🤗
