Julie Anne San Jose's recording video of 'Voltes V No Uta' reaches 10 million views

Asia's Limitless Star Julie Anne San Jose's own version of 'Voltes V No Uta' was praised by anime fans, including Japanese ambassador to the Philippines, Koshikawa Kazuhiko.

Julie Anne San Jose's behind-the-scenes video of her recording of "Voltes V No Uta" on GMA Playlist has amassed more than 10 million views on GMA-owned and operated Facebook pages since its release last May 8.

The said recording video has been posted three times via the Facebook pages of GMA Playlist, GMA Network, and Voltes V: Legacy and accumulatively earned 8.4 million views, at this writing.

It also has more than 770,000 views on the official YouTube channel of GMA Playlist.

Sparkle, the talent management which handles the Asia's Limitless Star's entertainment career, also reposted the actress-singer's recording of the iconic anime theme song on its social media account which has gained 1 million views.

Julie Anne's own version of "Voltes V No Uta" is being used as the official opening theme song of Voltes V: Legacy, the live-action adaptation series of the popular '70s Japanese anime, Voltes V.

Her rendition was praised by anime fans, including Japanese ambassador to the Philippines, Koshikawa Kazuhiko.

"Voltes V No Uta" was originally sung by Japanese singer Mitsuko Horie.
