All-Out Sundays star Cassy Legaspi shared how she keeps fit in her recent Mars Pa More guesting. Hint: she uses body weight and weights in her workout routine.LINK:

For those who don't have dumbbells at home, don't worry, because you can still definitely do these exercises. You just have to find an alternative that has the same weight. For example, Cassy suggested that you use books or a water jug.

Actually, you can use whatever is readily available in your home. What's important is that you have extra weight to carry while working out.

For Cassy's workout, she used five-pound dumbbells. Here's a breakdown of her lightweight workout routine:

1. 30 seconds of chest press with bicycle kicks

2. 10 reps of skaters on each side

3. 10 bicep curls with weights and in-and-outs

You can do three sets of whole workout routine for better results. Or, you can do just one set if you feel that's all you can do, especially if you're a newbie at working out.

Just remember to pace yourself and not go all-out right away, so you can enjoy your workout and prevent injury or overtraining.
