'Little Princess' finale teaches us Mr. Perfect isn't always going to be Mr. Right
Well-loved afternoon drama series Little Princess has aired its final episode on Friday, April 22, after 15 weeks, leaving inspiration and showing that true love demands a complete surrender.
In its closing episode, Elise (Angelika Dela Cruz), Winona (Tess Antonio), Masoy (Therese Malvar), and Caloy (Kaloy Tingcungco) have managed to escape the explosion except Marcus (Jestoni Alarcon). Princess's (Jo Berry) best friend Jaxon (Rodjun Cruz) offered to stay with her father, Marcus, and unlocked his cuffs.
The clock was ticking and everyone was waiting for Jaxon and Marcus to escape. Odessa (Geneva Cruz) was beyond ecstatic when the venue exploded.
Luckily, Jaxon and Marcus were able to escape along with Princess. Aggressive Odessa saw them and tried to run them over with her car.
Jaxon pushed Princess and, in the process, he got himself hit by the car. In return, Odessa was killed at the scene as her car crashed.
On the other hand, Odessa's niece, Adrianna (Gabrielle Hahn), who is her accomplice in causing distress to Princess, got arrested by the police after anomalies in MVM that involved her were discovered.
Jaxon was brought to the hospital unconscious. As he was fighting for his life, Princess declared her feelings for him.
Jaxon gained consciousness but Princess avoided him as she promised his mother, Sunshine.
Princess's boyfriend, Damien (Juancho Trivino), noticed that she has been sad while Jaxon is not with her. Damien finally let her go saying he may be her Mr. Perfect but he is not her Mr. Right.
After the two's heart-wrenching conversation, Jaxon waited with a bouquet of flowers in his hand. He and Princess finally realized that they love each other.
Meanwhile, Princess has been formally granted the position that is rightfully hers, the CEO of the MVM company.
