INGREDIENTS:
500 grams slices of round honeyed ham
500 grams pepperoni slices
1 whole Queso de bola
200 grams grapes
2 pcs. Green apple
2 pcs. Fuji apple
1 sachet unflavored gelatin
PROCEDURE:
1. Arrange into platter the cold cuts and sliced Queso de bola. Garnish with grapes and apples. Brush lightly with liquid gelatin.
