
INGREDIENTS:
4 scoops of frozen strawberry ice cream
2 beaten eggs
300 grams Japanese breadcrumb
5 pcs sili labuyo, turned to liquid
100 g all purpose flour
100 g sesame seeds
15 g fresh mint leaves for garnishing
1/2 cup strawberry syrup for drizzle
oil for deep-fry
PROCEDURE:
1. Mix into bowl softened ice cream with liquid sili labuyo, place on freezer until frozen,then scoop in four portions and put it back again into freezer and set aside.
2. Dredge in flour,dip in egg,coat in breadcrumbs twice to secure the ice cream then dip again in egg, Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
3. Deep fry until golden. Place in plate and drizzle with strawberry syrup. Garnish with mint leaves.
