Kahit Nasaan Ka Man focuses on the journey of Leandro (Kristoffer Martin) and Pauline (Julie Anne San Jose) in fulfilling their dreams despite the hindrances such as poverty and disability. As their love for music brings them together, family conflict will surface and try to break them apart.
At the early age of nine, Leandro will experience a lot of difficulties in life. After his father was shot during a demolition, his mother Delia (Rita Avila) will abandon him in a waiting shed. What is left with Leandro is his father's guitar.
Wanting to survive, Leandro sells the guitar and eventually learns how to steal. One day, Leandro and his friends steal a clutch bag and leads him to hide in the backyard of the Gomez family. in there, he hears the voice of a talented blind lady named Pauline. Sharing the same passion for music, Leandro decides to secretly visit her every night not until when Pauline's Lolo Tino (Ronaldo Valdez) and Tita Medel (Yayo Aguila) caught him and eventually sends him to an orphanage. When he got the chance to escape, he comes back to Pauline's house only to find out that she already left.
Lost and got nowhere to go, Leandro decides to end his life but Theresa (Eula valdez) fortunately saves him. with the help of her mother Lola Corazon (Tessie Tomas), Theresa is able to send Leandro to school and help him to graduate as valedictorian in high school.
During the graduation ceremony, Leandro hears a familiar voice which happens to be John's (Lucho Ayala) best friend - Pauline. After her successful corneal transplant, Pauline is now a popular recording artist.
From then on, Leandro earnestly follows her career and even make friends with John hoping to get close with Pauline. Afraid to hurt John's feelings, Leandro and Pauline can't openly express their love for each other. Aside from John, Pauline's father, Ernest (Michael De Mesa), comes out of jail who happens to be the one who shot Theresa's husband in a road rage accident.
Will there still be a chance for Leandro and Pauline to continue their love despite the problems between their families? Will they keep on making beautiful music together?
