Pia Wurtzbach humingi ng dispensa sa nangyaring 'panghahawi' kay Ricky Lee
Usap-usapan ngayon ng netizens ang video ng nangyaring “panghahawi” ng isang security personnel sa National Artist for Film and Broadcast Arts na si Ricky Lee nang makipagkamay ito kay Miss Universe 2015 na si Pia Wurtzbach.
Nangyari ang nasabing insidente sa Manila International Book Fair sa SMX Convention Center sa Pasay City, noong September 14, 2023.
Sa Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, ibinalita ng batikang TV host na si Boy Abunda ang naturang pangyayari kasama sina Pia at Ricky.
Ayon kay Boy, parehong bisita si Pia at Ricky sa naturang book fair. Mahalaga ang araw na ring 'yon para sa beauty queen dahil doon niya ni-launch ang kanyang bagong libro na pinamagatang Queen of the Universe: A Novel. Habang naglalakad si Pia patungo sa stage ay kinamayan niya si Ricky, pero bago pa man sila nakapag-usap, agad itong hinarang ng isang security personnel. Hindi naman nagustuhan ng maraming netizens na nakapanood ng video ang naturang eksena.
Naglabas din ng saloobin si Boy sa nangyari. Aniya, “I felt bad for Ricky. Take away the National Artist title, take away anything, Ricky is one of the most beautiful people I've met in my life.”
Dagdag pa niya, “Naayos na po ito pero leksyon po sa atin dahil importante na tinatrato po natin [nang maayos] ang number one, seniors, number two, it was a book fair, this was a cultural event. Actually may batas po e, kung paano tinatrato ang mga national artist. But I'd like to pay tribute to Ricky, for remaining such a humble person. Ikaw ang dapat tularan ng lahat. I bow to you.”
Pahayag pa ni Boy, bagamat hindi si Pia ang dapat humingi ng paumanhin ay nag-reach out na umano ito sa National Artist na si Ricky upang magbigay ng dispensa sa nangyari.
Kasalukuyang nasa fashion week ngayon sa Milan si Pia, nang makausap ito ni Boy kaugnay sa naturang insidente.
Samantala, si Ricky ay kasama sa creative team ng upcoming fantasy series na Sang'gre.
Patuloy naman na tumutok sa Fast Talk with Boy Abunda sa GMA Afternoon Prime via television broadcast sa GMA at sa iba pang digital platforms.
