All-new episodes of 'Descendants of the Sun PH' shot during COVID-19 premieres on November 5
Itutuloy na ang nahintong kwento ng primetime series na Descendants of the Sun (The Philippine Adaptation) sa darating na Huwebes, November 5, matapos ang walong araw na recap.
Ipapalabas simula sa araw na iyon ang new and fresh episodes ng GMA drama na shinoot sa panahon ng pandemya.
Ayon sa bida ng Descendants of the Sun (The Philippine Adaptation) na si Dingdong Dantes sa panayam ni Neil Ramos sa virtual mediacon ng serye kamakailan, "Sa TV audience kasi meron kaming promise na ibinigay sa kanila when we launch the show at ang promise is kukumpletuhin namin 'yung kuwento so we are just fulfilling the promise."
Pagpapatuloy ng aktor, "And siguro by now, nakikita naman natin na may scarcity of fresh TV programs, not just in GMA, but across all platforms. More than fulfilling that promise, it would be nice to see and to watch shows na alam mong shinoot sa panahon ng COVID-19."
Matagal mang nawala sa ere ang Descendants of the Sun (The Philippine Adaptation), tiwala naman si Rocco Nacino na patuloy itong susubaybayan ng core audience ng serye.
Sabi niya, "We're still awesome. I think the excitement is still there so I think in terms of selling the show I don't think it's needed. 'Cause everyday we're being asked by people through social media na kelan ba 'to babalik, miss na namin mga eksena n'yo. So that alone kita namin 'yung excitement ng mga tao."
Sang-ayon naman si Jasmine Curtis-Smith sa pahayag ng kanyang katambal.
Aniya, "For the fans of the original show who were hoping to also watch our Filipino adaptation, it's still something they wanna see to be finished and completed."
