Ginataang laing with a twist!


Ingredients:

1 can CDO Karne Norte Hot and Spicy 100g
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 pc onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Small ginger (sliced)
2 pcs chili (chopped)
1 cup gabi leaves
1/2 cup gata
1 cup water
Patis to taste

Procedure:

1. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger. chili, and CDO Karne Norte Hot and Spicy.
2. Add gabi leaves. Continue to sauté until the leaves are soft.
3. Pour in gata and water. 
4. Season with patis. Let it simmer until the gabi leaves are cooked.
