Michael V. enumerates preferred qualities of aspiring talents of 'Bubble Gang'
Multi-awarded comedian and content creator Michael V. enumerated some of the qualities that they are looking for in young talents who wants to become a gang member in Bubble Gang.
During the grand media conference for the show's 24th anniversary held today, November 4, comedian-director Michael V. stressed the importance of being a natural comedian that new recruits must possess.
He explained, “Kailangan 'yung ready na makipagkulitan talaga, 'tsaka 'yung pagiging wacky na natural kailangan lumabas 'yun.
“Actually, hindi lahat ng nagsisimula sa Bubble [Gang], e, ganun agad.
“'Yung iba naggo-grow dun sa Bubble. 'Yung iba naman hindi nagtatagal dahil nga hindi namin nakikita 'yung qualities na hinahanap namin.
“Pero palagi welcome naman ang lahat na mag-tryout dito.
“If it works out, then good. 'Pag hindi, there will be other projects for them.”

Bubble Gang embarks on a huge telemovie presentation to celebrate their 24th year this month by creating a parody of the hit movie The Avengers.
"The ScAvengers," which is a word play on Marvel Stuido's eponymous characters, the Avengers, revolves around an outcast group of homeless people who scavenge for a living and find extraordinary scraps which fell from the outer space.
Little did they know that this garbage possessed superpowers that will transform them from outcasts to their barangay's greatest superheroes collectively called as "The ScAvengers."
Challenging TV Special
Direk Bert de Leon admitted that this year's anniversary special is more challenging compared to the previous three he has done because of the action sequences and special effects component of the telemovie.
He added that they also enlisted highly-respected director Rico Gutierrez to helped them mount this huge project of the gag show.
“This is my fourth anniversary special with Bubble Gang and I'm amaze the amount of energy and creativity that these guys and the whole creative team have put forth every year.
“Doon sa apat na 'yun parang ito 'yung pinakamabigat.
“Of course, special 'yung Parokya, special 'yun.
“But ito, it will even top that and tinulungan kami dito ni Director Rico Gutierrez.”
Direk Bert also lauded the whole team behind Bubble Gang for all their efforts as well.
“I'd like to acknowledge the hard work, mahirap, mahirap itong ginawa nilang ito.
“So, I'm sure pag inabangan niyo at pinanood niyo mare-realize niyo kung gaano ka-special 'yung 24th anniversary ng Bubble Gang.”
Meanwhile, Bitoy said viewers should look forward to their fight scenes in "The ScAvengers."
“Medyo taxing siya 'yung fight scenes.
“Actually, doon nagtagal kaya inabot ng 10 days. Kasi, siyempre, hindi naman kami lahat sanay sa mga fight scenes.”
