South Korean actor Kim Ji Soo is making an appearance in the action drama 'Black Rider.'
After being spotted in the Philippines a few times, it has been confirmed that Ji Soo is making his Philippine drama debut.
He was also in the Philippines back in 2018 for a solo fan meeting.
