Julie Anne San Jose describes how she keeps herself on top of her game for 'All-Out Sundays.'

All-Out Sundays mainstay Julie Anne San Jose always gives extremely impressive performances whether it's singing or dancing.

Even when she was taping for Maria Clara at Ibarra as one of its lead actresses, Julie remained vibrant in all of her stage productions.

In an interview with GMANetwork.com, Julie shared how she maintains her energy for all her shows, especially All-Out Sundays where she is a regular performer.

"Madalas may two to three [performances] per episode [na] assigned sa akin," Julie narrated. "I have to reserve my energy kasi we tape two episodes per day."

She continued, "I make sure I hydrate and eat on time, nire-reserve ko energy ko. Tinatry ko to keep myself calm and chill para mas magawa ko 'yung ng maayos 'yung mga productions."

It also helps that she genuinely loves what she's doing so all the effort are worth it. "I guess also because I really love what I'm doing and I love my job, that's why hindi ko iniisip na stressed na ako or iniisip na pagod ako."

"It's really important that you have that mindset para hindi ka na-sistress."

Although she has performed in so many different kinds of production numbers, she still has more to offer.

"Siguro kumain ng apoy or maglakad sa bubog...charot!" she joked.

Kidding aside, Julie said she wishes she can play more musical instruments onstage. "Siguro play more instruments, all kinds of instruments...while singing din."

Aside from preserving her energy, she also keeps her confidence solid. Her time as a host for The Clash has greatly helped her in building her persona. "Nakatulong siya sa akin kasi nagkaroon ako ng confidence and I feel more inspired kasi nakakausap ko rin 'yung mga Clashers, nakakausap namin ni Rayver [Cruz].

Julie said she tries to get to know the Clashers even off cam and find inspiration from their talents. "They have different journeys and stories and I also feel like I need to be close with them and nakakatuwa rin kasi ang babait ng mga Clashers and mas ginaganahan ako to be better in my craft. Kailangan din i-encourage sila, and ma-motivate sila to do their best kasi hindi nila naiiwasan kabahan or they feel they're not at their best even though they are at their best because they're giving their all."
