Ysabel Ortega, Miguel Tanfelix talk about 'Voltes V: Legacy' in ATM exclusive interview

Sparkle artists Ysabel Ortega and Miguel Tanfelix shared updates on GMA's Voltes V: Legacy and what they love most about Japan in an online exclusive on GMA's lifestyle channel, ATM (Adventure.Taste.Moments).

Miguel said the live action-adaptation is at around 80 percent already and that they have been shooting the scenes inside Voltes V, at the time of the interview.

“And para sa'kin, isa 'yun sa mga exciting na taping days,” he added.

Ysabel highlighted how helpful the CGI effects are because they make it even more realistic, while Miguel pointed out that the CGI effects used are Pinoy-made.

The trending mega trailer of Voltes V: Legacy was released at the start of the year and has already garnered 4.1 million views on Facebook, as of writing.

Meanwhile, Ysabel and Miguel also shared what they plan to do when they get the chance to visit Japan once again.

For Ysabel, she said she wanted to explore more the nature-side of Japan, like the cherry blossoms and the bamboo forest, and experience snow.

Aside from eating loads of his favorite authentic onigiri, Miguel said he also wants to try snowboarding and to tour his family in Japan.
