Donita Rose on relationship with husband Eric Villarama: "We realized that one cannot give up their career for the other"

Ito ang naging pahayag ni Donita Rose nang hingan siya ng update sa estado ng relasyon niya sa mister na si Eric Villarama. Matatandaang lumabas ang balitang may pinagdadaanan silang mag-asawa noong Abril.

"Ang problema lang talaga sa amin is mahal niya ang trabaho niya sa Amerika, mahal ko ang trabaho ko dito. So somebody has to give in."
Ito ang naging pahayag ni Donita Rose nang hingan siya ng update sa estado ng relasyon niya sa mister na si Eric Villarama. Matatandaang lumabas ang balitang may pinagdadaanan silang mag-asawa noong Abril.

Aniya, pareho naman daw silang willing mag-give in sa takdang panahon.
"The question is what is God's will for us now, what does God want for us. And we cannot answer that right now. We are both praying together and separately, to ask what is best for us individually. Kasi we realized that throughout this marriage that one cannot give up their career for the other. One cannot sacrifice for the other unless it is God's will. Kasi magkakaroon ng mga grudges and frustrations, but once you know God's purpose for you as a couple, then everything will make sense. Decisions will not be difficult to make because you know the end goal."
Aminado rin ang Let the Love Begin star na malaki ang ipinagbago niya dahil sa karanasang ito.
"After going through it, it has really changed me a lot. It made me realize how important it is to allow yourself to work out the relationship in love. Kasi madaling magturo ng pagkakamali ng iba. Pero if you accept the responsibility, and you just look forward knowing that love covers a multitude of flaws, then maaayos ang lahat."

May itinuro din daw sa kanya si Eric when it comes to handling their relationship problems.
"Ang tinuro lang sa akin ng asawa ko ay kapag mayroon kaming pinagdadaanan na problema, it doesn't mean na maggi-give up kami. Ang ibig sabihin lang is you just need to talk through your issues and know that the confidence lies in the promise of forever. So kahit na matindi ang mga pagsubok na pinagdadaanan, we will overcome it. When we overcome these struggles, we will only come out stronger."
