Recipe: Adobong puso ng saging with CDO Ulam Burger

Craving for adobo but want a healthier alternative? Try this new recipe from CDO. 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

5 pieces CDO Ulam Burger (cut into strips)
1 medium-sized banana blossom (puso ng saging)
3 Tbsp soy sauce
5 Tbsp vinegar
3 cloves garlic
1/2 Piece onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

1. Clean the banana blossom and remove the tough parts. Slice into wedges and boil until tender. Then drain and slice into small pieces.
2. Saute the garlic, onion, and CDO Ulam Burger. Add the banana blossoms and simmer for a minute.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer until done.
