Is Andrea Torres back to dating?

After several years of being single, former Love Before Sunrise actress Andrea Torres is returning to the dating scene.

Andrea's last relationship was with fellow actor Derek Ramsay that started in 2019. Unfortunately, they confirmed their separation in November of 2020.

"Yes, Derek and I are no longer together. I'd rather keep the details private as I want to give the breakup the same amount of respect that I had for the relationship," said Andrea.

In Andrea's interview on the Updated with Nelson Canlas podcast, she confirmed that she is back in the "dating game."

"Yes! Actually, it's been a long time... there's a bit of a gap," she said.

Andrea said that it was her friends who introduced her to dates. But instead of getting a boyfriend, she gained more friends because of this.

"My world is expanding, and now that I'm traveling, it's fun because of course you get to meet different kinds of people, and then you get to know their lives," he said.

The actress added, "I'm just really enjoying it. It's still the same, single, but happy and enjoying, exploring life."

Andrea also clarified that she is dating now "but not exclusively." She also said that she hasn't dated a foreigner because "I don't think I can handle an LDR."

"Maybe there will be more growth in that case, although it also depends. If it's your schedule, you're not the type who wants to hug her, kiss her," she related.

But even so, Andrea made it clear that she is not a clingy type of girlfriend. She said that she still has many dreams and goals that she wants to fulfill, so she is now more focused on work.

"Ideally, you will find someone who will push you towards your dreams, not stop you from what you want to achieve in life," she said.
