According to Alex Soon of TikTok Philippines, the said event gives artists and content creators the opportunity to collaborate and learn from one another in creating online content.

“The event is called KaKoLAB, it's basically where we have Kapuso stars and TikTok [content] creators collaborate to create content, where they get to learn from each other and basically create content, and make a community. Also, we enable real people to be their very own content creators,” she said.

Among the Sparkle artists who were present during the KaKoLAB 2022 were Mano Po Legacy: The Flower Sisters star Mikee Quintos, Sparkle love team Jamir Zabarte at Zonia Mejia, Underage actresses Elijah Alejo and Hailey Mendes, as well as new Kapuso talent Shuvee Etrata.

For Mikee, workshops such as the KaKoLAB 2022 encourages artists and content creators to work together and boost each other's creativity.

“We get the chance to meet each other, meet new friends, meet new fellow content creators to encourage each other's creativity even more. It's like adding gas to the flame of our creativity,” she shared.

Shuvee also shared the same sentiments, saying that the event has given them the chance to share ideas with their fellow stars and influencers to make original content.

She said, “Matututo kami how to interact with other content creators, to share ideas with each other, and also for the organization itself to give ideas din sa amin para mag-innovate rin kami ng content namin.”

Meanwhile, TikTok star Lottie Bie felt honored to be a part of the event as she got to meet and interact with other artists and fellow content creators in-person.

“We get the chance to get ideas from each other and nakikita namin 'yung human behind the star sa screen. Nakikita namin na they're not just people performing on-screen, but you get to see their intellect, how they interact with you, and their emotions as well in real life,” she said.

Other TikTok content creators who were also present at the event were Evan Tan, Roce Ordonez, Andrea So, Blythegoddes, Gabo Adeva, Sesable, Sabina Rondilla, Sophia Rondilla, Ghinberlyn Papasin, Renhold Navarro, and many more.

At the KaKoLAB 2022, Kapuso stars and influencers had the opportunity to collaborate with each other in making TikTok videos and learned more about content creation.

Recognitions were also given to different groups and individuals for their collaboration and creativity.
