Zeinab Harake apologizes to Jelai Andres, Sanya Lopez, and other celebs mentioned in Wilbert Tolentino's controversial vlog
Vlogger Zeinab Harake apologizes to several celebrities and personalities after talent manager Wilbert Tolentino named her in a controversial vlog on October 23.
In the 20-minute vlog, Wilbert shared his private messages with Zeinab, including their planned collaborations as well as the fees or rates that the personalities mentioned. It also contained screenshots of Zeinab's comments about particular artists and personalities.
Her comments on celebrities such as Sanya Lopez, Jelai Andres, Donnalyn Bartolome, Alex Gonzaga, Ivana Alawi, and Robi Domingo were exposed on Wilbert's explosive vlog.
In a 56-minute live video on the same day, the social media star addressed her close friend and fellow vlogger, Jelai Andres, saying that the “sabaw” comment she made in a private message with Wilbert was an inside joke among their close friends only, which made her wonder why Wilbert made it as if it's a bad thing. Nevertheless, she still extended her apologies to Jelai.
“Yung kay Ate Jelai, cropped na. 'Yung sabaw, hahaha. shhh ka na lang? (na commment)' Kasi totoo. Si ate Jelai 'yung pinakasabaw sa amin. Joke joke namin 'yun naming mag-tropa,” she said.
In the same video, Zeinab also shed light on some issues that Wilbert raised in his vlog, including how she cannot trash-talk artist-vlogger Donnalyn Bartolome and how she loves the actress.
Kapuso actress Sanya Lopez was also mentioned in the vlog, to which Zeinab apologized to in her own live video.
“Wala akong hinihiling sa ibang tao na nadamay kundi pasensiya na kasi marunong akong humingi ng pasensya,” she said, expressing how sorry she is about what happened.
Likewise, she addressed the issue with Alex Gonzaga, who was mentioned in her messages to Wilbert, detailing the different rates/fees of the artists, including Alex's.
“Bago ako nag-live, tinawagan ko si Alex. Nag-sorry ako sa kanya. Sinabi ko sa kanya 'yung rate na 'yun dahil 'yun 'yung sinabi ni Mamshie [Wilbert],” Zeinab said in the video.
She mentioned that she was able to speak with Alex and found out the reason the actress did not want to do a collaboration as she does not want to pay.
Zeinab said that while not all vloggers need payments for collaborations, she admitted that she needed the money and hoped that everyone who watched will not think of her as “mukhang pera.”
As for vlogger-turned-actress Ivana Alawi, Zeinab admitted that they had past issues and had some falling out. But they have since resolved it and have rekindled their friendship.
She also mentioned that the ladies she mentioned have assured her that they know her.
Zeinab ended her vlog by saying she did not use Wilbert in any way and that netizens should stop harassing anyone connected to her or the videos.
She also called out her ex, Daryl Ruiz, more popularly known as the rapper Skusta Clee, saying that it's all his fault, “Lahat ng nangyari sa buong buhay ko, wala akong ibang sisisihin kung hindi ikaw. Ikaw lang. Alam mo 'yan,” she added.
