Ryan Agoncillo has a lot to be thankful for. Besides being one of the hosts of the longest-running noontime variety show, Eat Bulaga, his short but memorable role in the last two episodes of My Husband’s Lover was also well received.

Now that the Holidays are fast approaching, Ryan looks forward to spending more time with his kids, Yohan (9 years old) and Lucho (3 years old) and his wife, Judy Ann Santos.

He shares, “This is the fifth Christmas we’ll have as a family. This time around, I think my son is aware of the gift-giving already, so he’s looking forward to that. The last time,he was more into the Christmas wrappers. Now, he’s excited about the gifts so let’see how he’ll freak out at his gifts.”

As to how he will be spending Christmas with his family this year, Ryan says, “We don’t plan. We just stay at home and go day by day and just figure out what to eat and figure out what to do. That’s one of the happier parts of the year kasi spontaneous. Walang schedule. You just wake up next to your family and have some breakfast, lunch and dinner together.”

According to Ryan, becoming a father is the best thing that has ever happened in his life. Not a day goes by without him spending time with his kids. “My kids Yohan and Lucho have not left our bed since last November, so they would’ve been sleeping with us for a whole solid year and that’s how we bond. We sleep together, we wake up together and pretty much do everything together,” states the celebrity dad.

His relationship with Judy Ann Santos is also going stronger and more meaningful each day.

“So far, so good. I don’t wanna jinx it. It’s been excellent. She’s fantastic. So far, hindi pa naman niya ako binabalik sa magulang ko, so I’d say it’s running smoothly,”says Ryan.

Like his personal life, Ryan’s career is also smooth-sailing. Will he be doing more acting jobs anytime soon?

“I do hope so. It’s not a matter of me choosing. I think it’s a matter of whatever comes along that I am able to do. We’ll see,” he answers.

Would there be a possibility of him signing an exclusive contract with the Kapuso network?

“There is a high possibility. I’m happy where I’m at and it’s bound to be a fruitful relationship,” he states.
