Kpop ON! Track

The Kpop ON! Track website introduces K-Pop groups and terms as well as some of Spotify's latest features.

Spotify has recently launched Kpop ON! Track, a dedicated site to the genre and its leading artists.

Billing itself as “Spotify's homebase for all things K-Pop,” it promises “behind the scenes with idols and the K-Pop industry” as well as K-Pop news and “trends and artist interviews.”

The site currently has articles on the K-Pop comebacks that happened last month as well as the debut anniversaries that were celebrated. There is also a feature on K-Pop terminology like “comebacks,” “bias,” and “ending fairy.”

K-Pop ON! Track also gives site visitors some insights into the streaming giant's latest features, such as Enhanced Albums and Blend playlists.

The launch could not have come at a better time as a number of K-Pop acts are visiting the country for performances. SEVENTEEN is taking their “Be the Sun” world tour to the country, with October 8 and October 9 dates set at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

Tomorrow x Together is also bringing their “ACT: LOVE SICK” tour to the country, with October 15 and October 16 dates set for the SM Mall of Asia Arena as well. Both SEVENTEEN and Tomorrow x Together are under HYBE, which also includes BTS.

The tour will be especially memorable for Tomorrow x Together, whose “ACT: LOVE SICK” tour is their first in-person concert tour. Their first solo online concert, “ACT:BOY" ran for two and a half hours and had the group performing 25 songs.
