After giving a heartfelt answer during the Q&A round, Celeste Cortesi of Pasay wins the Miss Universe Philippines 2022 crown.

Miss Pasay Celste Cortesi has emerged victorious in the Miss Universe Philippines 2021 pageant, which held its coronation tonight at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

Miss Makati Michelle Dee was named Miss Universe Philippines Tourism, Miss Bohol Pauline Amelinckx while was named Miss Universe Philippines Charity. First runner-up and second runner-up honors went to Miss Misamis Oriental Annabelle McDonnell and Miss Taguig Ma. Katrina Llegado respectively.

Celeste triumphed over 30 other candidates and will soon be competing in the 2022 Miss Universe pageant.

Miss Universe Philippines 2022's first national broadcast will be on May 1, 9 a.m. on GMA, the official broadcast partner.
