YG Entertainment shuts down rumors linking Jisoo and Korean football player Son Heung-min

YG Entertainment took action by officially releasing a statement about the rumors linking BLACKPINK member Jisoo to Korean football star Son Heung-min.

K-entertainment portal Soompi uploaded the statement of BLACKPINK'S agency to categorically deny the malicious rumors.

“We are definitively stating that all the dating rumors related to BLACKPINK's Jisoo are not true.”

YG also reminded everyone that the fake news has reached the international scene and Jisoo might suffer some damages due to this situation.

The agency stressed, “Our agency has been carefully monitoring the situation. However, as the rumors have even spread internationally, we have become concerned that the artist may suffer damages due to the situation, so we would like to clarify the misinformation. We implore you to please refrain from groundless speculation.”

According to several reports, Jisoo and Heung-min were first rumored to be dating one another back in 2019, when the K-pop idol traveled to London during the Chuseok (known as Korean Thanksgiving) holiday and watched a Hotspurs game.
