BL series 'Boys' Lockdown' coming to GMA's Heart of Asia Channel this April!
The boys' love (BL) genre has no plans of stopping since taking the country by storm, and now GMA's Heart of Asia Channel is bringing a popular web series to your television screens!
Young and up-and-coming actors Alec Kevin and Ali King will star in the BL series Boys' Lockdown that tells the story of two men, Key and Chen, who will find love at the height of the coronavirus pandemic.
As they get to know each other despite the many restrictions -- from social distancing to wearing masks -- something extraordinary will blossom between them, proving that in a time we're forced to keep apart, love will still find a way.
Ali King will play the introverted Key Kalunsod, a college student stuck in Metro Manila while his parents are away in Baguio City. Meanwhile, Alec Kelvin will play Chen Chavez, a popular social media celebrity @ccstrong.
Starring alongside them are actors Teetin Villanueva, Kaloy Tingcungco, Crystal Paras, Ivoy Colo, Luis Padilla, with the special participation of Macoy Dubs as Aunt Julie, and Meann Espinosa.
