Ahead of their comeback this coming March 16, legendary K-pop boy group Super Junior has dropped details of their upcoming album, "The Renaissance."
On February 23, their management, SJ Label, released the news that there will be not one but a whopping 13 versions of the album, prompting excitement to their many fans called ELFs (short for Everlasting Friends).
The 13 versions will be segregated into two groups: The Square Style and The Renaissance style.
The first is a collection of nine albums, symbolizing each member, and will contain a CD, a folded poster, a square photo, a photo card, and a photo print.
Meanwhile, the Renaissance Style contains a CD, postcards, photo cards, a poster, and a photo book of their unit versions -- namely Passionate, Versatility, and Beautiful versions.

The new album is characterized in such a way to reflect the boy group's various musical abilities that are expected to meet their fans' expectations who have waited for a long time for their album's release.
In addition, “The Renaissance” is said to contain a total of 10 tracks, including the remake version of “Raining Spell for Love” and the pre-release tracks “Burn the Floor” and “Tell Me Baby.”
The "Sorry, Sorry" singers announced the postponement of their album's release to March citing “unavoidable circumstances” as the reason for their delay.
It added, “What has happened is certainly against our will, but we are putting all our efforts and hearts into bringing the best for the upcoming album. Due to unavoidable circumstances, the rescheduling was a painful decision for Label SJ.
“We are sorry for the multiple changes in the schedule, and we express our sincerest apologies on behalf of all the members who have waited a long time to greet you with the new album.
“Surely, we promise to satisfy our fans with perfect preparation and a great album. Thank you for generosity and understanding,” it concluded.

Despite the delay, the members have been busy preparing for their comeback, especially their choreography for the album's title song, as evidenced by a photo released by the group's vocalist Yesung in his social media accounts.
On February 15, Yesung released a photo of the members in SM Entertainment's dance practice room.
“We're almost there, @SJOfficial,” he wrote in the caption.
