"Thankful naman ako in a way na..." said Royce Cabrera when talking about the indecent proposals he received.
Kapuso actor Royce Cabrera honestly revealed that he has received many indecent proposals.
"Ah, yes po, yes po nakatanggap na rin po ako," he said in an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com.
"Lahat naman po kasi dumaan sa manager ko dati na co-manager ko na ngayon, si Tito Dudu Dulay.
"Kasi, lahat naman po ng inquiry, lahat naman po ng mga tanong sa akin, number niya naman, siya nakikipag-usap.
"Pero open naman kami sa isa't isa kaya kinukwento niya rin sa akin 'yung mga ganitong bagay."
Instead of seeing the indecent proposals in a negative way, Royce saw it as an appreciation toward his work as an actor.
"Pagdating dito sa indecent proposal, thankful naman po ako in a way na kasi naa-appreciate po 'yung trabaho na ginagawa ko, 'yung role na ginagawa ko.
"Hindi ko naman siya tine-take as a negative way, kasi kumbaga, napapansin ako ng tao sa trabaho na ginagawa ko."
"And hindi ko rin naman sila kino-control sa mga bagay na ginagawa nila.
"And as long as wala naman po akong tinatapakang tao, ginagawang mali, okay lang naman po 'yung mga ganung bagay."
Like other celebrities, Royce also experienced receiving these kinds of "inquiries" through his social media accounts, but he always referred them to his manager, Dudu Unay.
He related, "'Pag about po sa mga ganun, talagang sinasabi ko, 'Tanong niyo na lang po sa manager ko, inquire niyo na lang po sa manager ko.'
"Kasi, minsan iba po 'yung intro, e. 'Tapos, 'pag nakakausap, nag-iiba na rin 'yung inquiry."
Aside from indecent proposals, Royce has also experienced being catcalled by fans both personally and on his social media account.
But Royce has already mastered the art of ignoring them.
He said, "Ngayon kasi nasa digital world na tayo kaya makikita mo sa comments, nag-di-DM sa'yo."
"Pero, hindi ko na lang din pinapansin, dedma na lang din kasi kumbaga, hindi mo rin naman sila mako-control sa mga gusto nilang sabihin sa'yo, e.
"Hindi naman natin alam kung bakit nila nasasabi 'yung ganung bagay, so dedma na lang din sa mga ganun."

Masseur who offers 'extra service'
In the upcoming episode of #MPK this Saturday, Royce portrayed Makoy, a masseur who offers 'extra service.'
Makoy needed to enter the world of prostitution to help his family through rough times.
Like Makoy, Royce said that he can do anything for the sake of his family.
"Ako, talagang lahat para sa pamilya, gagawin ko," he expressed.
"Kasi sila 'yung sandigan, e, 'yung pader, sila 'yung nakasuporta sayo sa mga bagay na ginagawa mo.
"Bilang si Makoy, nakaya niyang gawin lahat para sa pamilya niya, ako naman si Royce, kaya ko rin gawing lahat para sa pamilya ko.
"Kasi family is family, e, sila 'yung talagang makakasama natin. Lahat po."
