FULL LIST: The 2020 FAMAS Awards nominees
The Filipino Academy of Movie Arts and Sciences (FAMAS) has announced the nominees for their annual FAMAS Awards on December 6.
This years nominees include Asia's Multimedia Star Alden Richards who is vying for for Best Actor for his role in mega blockbuster film Hello, Love, Goodbye.
He has previously won Phenomenal Star of Philippine Cinema and Film Actor of the Year at the 51st Box Office Entertainment Awards for his role in the film.
Hello, Love, Goodbye is also nominated for three other awards, including Best Actress for leading lady Kathryn Bernardo.
Kapuso actress Janine Gutierrez also nominated for Best Actress for her role in Babae at Baril.
She has previously won Best Actress at the 43rd Gawad Urian Awards.
The film is also nominated for a total of eight awards including Best Picture and Best Achievement in Direction for director Rae Red.
It is tied with Jun Robles Lana's Kalel, 15 which is also vying for eight awards.
