In his exclusive Kapuso Showbiz News interview, Khalil shared how he feels now that he's officially a Kapuso.

"Grabe, it's super overwhelming. I'm very much thankful, the amount of support that I've been getting from everyone in GMA, GMA Artist Center, have been so overwhelming and very gratifying.

"Very much excited, siyempre hindi mawawala 'yung kaba pero sobrang excited for what's yet to come.

"So far, super happy with the plans ahead. Very excited to officially be able to showcase my skill, my talent to the Kapuso nation," said Khalil.

Khalil's girlfriend and now fellow Kapuso, Gabbi Garcia, also helped him come to the decision to transfer to GMA. He added that it was a choice that he had to mull over for months.

In terms of his previous management, Star Magic, Khalil had nothing but love for them, stating that they parted on good terms.

"My previous management were very supportive as well. I'm super thankful for them.

"I've been with them for the past 9 years and they totally understand where I'm coming from.

"Again, also very supportive with my decision. Naiintindihan na nila lahat ng thoughts ko, my reasons. Really, they're super happy for me as well.

"I would always also be very close to them, no bridges burned.

"Our relationship remains intact. I would always also support them in all their endeavors. They're also like a family na rin to me so everything's in good terms," he bared.

Now that he's with GMA, we can't wait to see what the future has in store for Khalil!
