BLACKPINK member Jennie to fans about much-awaited comeback: “Guess what.”

BLINKs are definitely jumping for joy because BLACKPINK and YG Entertainment have finally released a comeback teaser for their upcoming single that's dropping this month.

On Twitter, the South Korean entertainment agency revealed the date for BLACKPINK's upcoming single and it will be this June 26th at exactly 6 pm (Korean Standard Time).

Over on Twitter, the hashtags “#BLACKPINKISCOMING” and “#BLACKPINKCOMEBACK” dominated the top two trending topics with fans sharing their joy about the announcement.

The pre-release title track is part of YG Entertainment's three-step-comeback that will be followed by another track release in July or August and a full-length album come September.

On June 1st, YG Entertainment also revealed that each member will release a solo track after the full album release.

It said, “We ask for your understanding on taking more time than expected, since we were planning to release multiple songs in an album format, rather than releasing a digital single

“Rosé's solo works have already been completed, and its release date is planned to be in September after the release of BLACKPINK's first-ever full-length album.

“Furthermore, Lisa's amazing solo single is already prepared for release, and we are currently preparing for Jisoo's solo single release as well.
