“From me and my former co-hosts of 'The GMA Supershow' who, during this present COVID-19 pandemic, came together to create this small project.
“A message to all who are undergoing the many challenges of this crisis, we offer our fervent prayers, wish to give you hope, and make you smile.
“Thank you to the great Charlie Chaplin for this beautiful song, a favorite of our beloved Kuya German Moreno,” she wrote.
The special cover opened with John talking about the challenges mankind has been dealing with since the virus outbreak.
“Saan man po kayo nanonood ngayon dito sa Pilipinas or anywhere in the world, I am fervently praying na you are in the best and the most comfortable conditions right now.
“We are in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic crisis and alam ko po napakalungkot and very difficult for all mankind but we still believe. We are very resilient and we can still find things to smile,” John said in the video.
Meanwhile, the female hosts of the show came together in an intimate gathering in 2019 which Jackie Lou then described as “a reunion long overdue.”
