WATCH: Rachelle Ann Go treats fans with Broadway hits
Before going back to the musical stage abroad, internationally acclaimed singer Rachelle Ann Go held a Valentine's concert dubbed as “Homecoming” at the Marriot Grand Ballroom on February 14.
After six years of performing in London, the Broadway star gave her Pinoy fans a treat at her successful concert, which was also graced by Broadway icon Lea Salonga.
Aside from her singles, Rachelle Ann also performed at the show some Broadway hits including “I Dreamed A Dream” of musical play “Les Miserables” where she played as Fantine, “The Movie In My Mind” of “Miss Saigon”, “Part of that World” of “The Little Mermaid,” and “Defying Gravity” of “Wicked.”
Meanwhile, although already seasoned at international performances, Rachelle Ann revealed that she's afraid to carry out concerts.
“Natatakot talaga ako mag-concert. Actually, ayoko talagang mag-concert kasi nga parang ang tagal ko na ring hindi nagagawa 'to. Pero ngayong tapos na, parang makakahinga na ako. But I'm so grateful,” she shared.
Well, it didn't seem like it because she really showcased a world-class performance at the concert.
Congratulations, Rachelle Ann!
