Boyband SB19 promotes OPM mixed with K-pop

By Bianca Geli
Pinoy boy group SB19 hopes to promote P-pop using their new single.

Pinoy boy group SB19 is ready to showcase Pinoy music influenced by K-pop and other genres.

The local boyband--comprised of Sejun, Stell, Josh, Ken, and Justin--has gained confidence from their intensive training, which expanded for more than three years.

SB19 leader Sejun explains their group's image, which is a fusion of different genres, mostly OPM and K-pop.

During the group's press conference for their latest single “Go Up,” Sejun said, 'Yung genre po naming, P-pop [Pinoy pop] po.

Sejun's fellow member, Josh, added, “Naninibago po tayo because this is a new kind of thing.
